Stopped to have a coffee while visiting Piran on a cold windy day. Best thing is it’s view, close to the shore, scenic during sunset. Coffee was very good and attention ok.

It's a typical Slovenian Coastal thing ... Your waitress is an old lady, parks herself and the dog next to your table and smokes, seats and tables were clean only on the day they were bought, drinks are cheap, coffee's good, and there's this atmosphere that you aren't really in a bar but actually visiting your crazy old aunt who used to be a hippie in the 70's... Once you understand the atmosphere you'll feel right at home.
