You can drive from Bled to Koper in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or take a bus. Expect a bit warmer evenings in Koper when traveling from Bled in May, with lows around 13°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 26th (Fri) to allow time to drive to Ljubljana.
