Considered one of the prettiest cities on the country's coast, Piran owes much of its development to salt.Start off your visit on the 21st (Mon): don't miss a visit to Walls of Piran, tour the pleasant surroundings at Svetilnik Beach, then explore the fascinating underground world of Škocjan Caves, and finally take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Nicholas Church. On the 22nd (Tue), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: learn more about the world around you at Magical World of Shells Museum, make a trip to Port Piran, kick back and relax at Portorož Beach, then enjoy the sand and surf at Strunjan Nature Reserve, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Chiesa di San Rocco/ Cerkev sv. Roka, and finally make a trip to Tartini Square.
