The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Popular historic sites such as Old Town Centre of Radovljica and Bled Castle are in your itinerary. Get in touch with nature at Triglav National Park and Peričnik Falls. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Bled: Bohinjsko Jezero (Savica Waterfall, Lake Bohinj, &more) and Mostnica Gorge (in Stara Fužina). There's still lots to do: get great views at Mala Osojnica, explore the striking landscape at Vintgar Gorge, fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour, and pause for some serene contemplation at Church of St. Lenart.

Brussels, Belgium to Bled is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Traveling from Brussels in May, you will find days in Bled are a bit warmer (23°C), and nights are about the same (9°C). Finish up your sightseeing early on the 30th (Mon) so you can go by car to Tržič.

Nature lovers can spend their Trzic vacation hiking the nearby gorge, cut by a wild mountain river.
