Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.
Explore Ljubljana's surroundings by going to Bled (St. Martin's Parish Church, Bled Castle, &more). Spend the 20th (Sun) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's still lots to do: make a trip to Ljubljana Castle, take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of St. Nicholas, snap pictures at Dragon Bridge, and take a stroll through Metelkova.

A bridge between the Mediterranean and alpine regions of Slovenia, Koper is a small town with big appeal.
Explore Koper's surroundings by going to Predjama Castle (in Postojna) and Gallus Craft & Draft Beer Bar (in Nova Gorica).
