Piran — 2 nights

Considered one of the prettiest cities on the country's coast, Piran owes much of its development to salt.Family-friendly places like Magical World of Shells Museum and Scuba & Snorkeling will thrill your kids. Step out of Piran to go to Škocjan and see Škocjan Caves, which is approximately 44 minutes away. There's still lots to do: don't miss a visit to Tartini Square, kick back and relax at Svetilnik Beach, admire the striking features of Benečanka Venetian House, and walk around Forma Viva.
