The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Kobarid Museum and Bled Island are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Explore hidden gems such as Lake Bohinj and Lake Jasna. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Bled: Bohinjsko Jezero (Vogel & Savica Waterfall), Mostnica Gorge (in Stara Fužina) and Planica Valley (in Rateče). Next up on the itinerary: take in the dramatic scenery at Peričnik Falls, skim along the rocks with a canyoning and rapelling tour, get great views at Straža Bled, and explore the stunning scenery at Virje Waterfall.

A resort town on the country's scenic Adriatic coastline, Portoroz offers many spas with all kinds of therapeutic treatments, many based on the brine and mud from the area's salt pans.
Kick off your visit on the 4th (Mon): admire the striking features of Benečanka Venetian House, get a new perspective on nature at Magical World of Shells Museum, view the masterpieces at Nika's Tiny House, take in the spiritual surroundings of St. George's Church, then make a trip to Tartini Square, and finally don't miss a visit to Walls of Piran.
