Piran

Considered one of the prettiest cities on the country's coast, Piran owes much of its development to salt.
You'll discover tucked-away gems like St. George's Church and Strunjan Nature Reserve. Get in touch with nature at Portorož Beach and Svetilnik Beach. Step out of Piran with an excursion to Škocjan Caves in Škocjan--about 44 minutes away.
