Traveling by car from Bled to Kobarid takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of train and bus; or take a bus. In July in Kobarid, expect temperatures between 29°C during the day and 15°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 12th (Mon) early enough to travel to Sežana.

Sežana is a town in the Slovenian Littoral region of Slovenia, near the border with Italy. You can drive from Kobarid to Sežana in 2 hours. Traveling from Kobarid in July, expect Sežana to be a bit warmer, temps between 35°C and 24°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 16th (Fri) to allow time to drive to Koper.

Koper

A bridge between the Mediterranean and alpine regions of Slovenia, Koper is a small town with big appeal.
Change things up with a short trip to Cerknica Lake in Cerknica (about 1h 5 min away). There's much more to do: don't miss a visit to Tartini Square, identify plant and animal life at Škocjanski Zatok Nature Reserve, learn about winemaking at Vinakoper, and kick back and relax at Portorož Beach.

Koper is very close to Sežana. Traveling from Sežana in July, Koper is little chillier at night with lows of 20°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 21st (Wed) to allow enough time to travel back home.
