2 days in Jesenice & Bovec Itinerary

Jesenice is a Slovenian town and the seat of the Municipality of Jesenice on the southern side of the Karawanks, bordering Austria to the north. Kick off your visit on the 4th (Fri): admire the sheer force of Peričnik Falls, then get engrossed in the history at Jesenice Upper Sava Museum, then trek along Vintgar Gorge, and finally Head underground at Pokljuka Gorge.

Ljubljana to Jesenice is an approximately 1-hour car ride. In June in Jesenice, expect temperatures between 29°C during the day and 15°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Fri) early enough to travel to Bovec.
