A resort town on the country's scenic Adriatic coastline, Portoroz offers many spas with all kinds of therapeutic treatments, many based on the brine and mud from the area's salt pans.
Step off the beaten path and head to Tartini Square and Walls of Piran. You'll enjoy a bit of beach vacationing at Portorož Beach and Strunjan Nature Reserve.
