Eschew the tourist crowds and head to St. George's Church and Magical World of Shells Museum. Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Koper Cathedral and Bell Tower and Loza Gallery. When in Piran, make a side trip to see Škocjan Caves in Škocjan, approximately Škocjan away.
