The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Escape the urban bustle at Velika Planina and Peričnik Falls. Discover out-of-the-way places like Logar Valley Landscape Park and Pokljuka Gorge. Change things up with a short trip to Franciscan Monastery in Kamnik (about 42 minutes away). There's lots more to do: glide peacefully along the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, take some stellar pictures from Ojstrica, don't miss a visit to Tunnels Under Old Kranj, and examine the collection at Museum of Apiculture.
