The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
On the 8th (Wed), take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, step into the grandiose world of Bled Castle, and then trek along Vintgar Gorge.

Skofja Loka works great as a starting point for explorations into the Julian Alps, very near the country's capital Ljubljana.
On the 9th (Thu), take in the views from Nesk's Footbridge, then take an unorthodox tour of The Devil's Bridge, then pause for some photo ops at Marian and Holy Trinity Columns, and finally admire the striking features of St. Jacob Church.

Ljubljana — 2 nights

Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.
Start off your visit on the 10th (Fri): snap pictures at Dragon Bridge, take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of St. Nicholas, take in the views from Triple Bridge, then visit Ljubljana Old Town, then get a sense of history and politics at Town Hall, and finally walk around Tivoli Park.
