Nestled in a green valley and surrounded by rolling hills, Zgornje Gorje is dominated by the spire of the parish church in the center of the village.
Start off your visit on the 18th (Wed): pause for some serene contemplation at Church of St. Oswald, stroll through Vintgar Gorge, then explore the fascinating underground world of Pokljuka Gorge, and finally pick up some local products at Kmetija Pr' Kolenc.
