Brussels, Belgium to Ljubljana is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. When traveling from Brussels in April, plan for somewhat warmer days and about the same nights in Ljubljana: temperatures range from 19°C by day to 5°C at night. You'll set off for Bled on the 30th (Sun).

The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.

Getting from Ljubljana to Bled by car takes about an hour. Other options: take a bus; or take a train. In April, daytime highs in Bled are 19°C, while nighttime lows are 5°C. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 1st (Mon) to allow enough time to drive to Maribor.

Cycling may be one of the best ways to tour Maribor, a great base for exploring the surrounding area and conquering Pohorje Mountains.
