The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Get some cultural insight at Wine Tasting Bled and Museum of Apiculture. Take a break from the city and head to Mala Osojnica and Stand-Up Paddleboarding. Change things up with these side-trips from Bled: Martuljek Waterfalls (in Gozd Martuljek), Mostnica Gorge (in Stara Fužina) and Peričnik Falls (in Mojstrana). There's much more to do: pause for some serene contemplation at Church of St John the Baptist, Head underground at Pokljuka Gorge, see the interesting displays at Liznjekova house, and identify plant and animal life at Zelenci Nature Reserve.
