Bled

— 4 nights
The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Take a break from the city and head to Mala Osojnica and Zgornjesavska Valley. Step off the beaten path and head to Planica Nordic Centre & Zipline and Zelenci Nature Reserve. Venture out of the city with trips to Source of the Soča River (in Soča), Škofja Loka (Škofja Loka Castle & Capuchin Bridge) and The Russian Chapel (in Kranjska Gora). There's lots more to do: find your balance on the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, take in the dramatic scenery at Martuljek Waterfalls, don't miss a visit to Tunnels Under Old Kranj, and get great views at Ojstrica.
