Prague, Czech Republic to Ljubljana is an approximately 6-hour shuttle ride. You can also do a combination of flight and shuttle; or drive. In July in Ljubljana, expect temperatures between 32°C during the day and 17°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 11th (Tue) so you can drive to Piran.

You can drive from Ljubljana to Piran in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. Plan for a bit warmer nights when traveling from Ljubljana in July since evenings lows in Piran dip to 21°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 12th (Wed) so you can go by car back home.
