Memmingen, Germany to Piran is an approximately 7-hour car ride. In March, Piran is a bit warmer than Memmingen - with highs of 17°C and lows of 5°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 15th (Wed) early enough to drive to Nova Gorica.
