At the very heart of picturesque Soca Valley, Kobarid delivers some of the most stunning views of Slovenia's highest peaks, as well as a chance to enjoy some exciting alpine rivers.
Start off your visit on the 26th (Fri): get outside with Outdoor Activities, then add some adventure to your tour with a kayaking and canoeing tour, and then make a trip to Predil Pass. On the 27th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: admire the sheer force of Kozjak Waterfall, then examine the collection at Kobarid Museum, then explore the activities along Soča Valley, and finally take in the dramatic natural features at Tolmin Gorge.

A resort town on the country's scenic Adriatic coastline, Portoroz offers many spas with all kinds of therapeutic treatments, many based on the brine and mud from the area's salt pans.
Go for a jaunt from Portorož to Škocjan to see Škocjan Caves about 36 minutes away. The adventure continues: stroll through Portoroz Beach, look for all kinds of wild species at Strunjan Nature Reserve, make a trip to Tartini Square, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Koper Cathedral and Bell Tower.
