The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Start off your visit on the 17th (Sat): explore the fascinating underground world of Pokljuka Gorge, take in the awesome beauty at Viševnik, take in the dramatic scenery at Martuljek Waterfalls, admire the sheer force of Nadiza, then identify plant and animal life at Planica Valley, and finally look for all kinds of wild species at Zelenci Nature Reserve.
