Nestled on the banks of the Savinja River, Lasko is both a spa town and home to the country's largest and most famous brewery.
Explore hidden gems such as Celje Castle and City Park. Step out of Laško with an excursion to Sevnica Castle in Sevnica--about 38 minutes away. And it doesn't end there: see the interesting displays at Lasko Museum, take in the spiritual surroundings of Arch-parochial Church of St. Martin, soothe aching muscles at Thermana Park Laško, and walk around Laško Spa Park.

Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.
On the 22nd (Wed), stop by Ljubljana Old Town, take in the views from Triple Bridge, get a sense of history and politics at Town Hall, then find your balance on the water with some of the best stand-up paddleboarding in the area, and finally walk around Tivoli Park.
