7 days in Ljubljana Itinerary

Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.

Get out of town with these interesting Ljubljana side-trips: Bled (St. Martin's Parish Church, Bled Castle, &more), Predjama Castle (in Postojna) and Vintgar Gorge (in Zgornje Gorje). Spend the 7th (Sat) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. There's still lots to do: take a stroll through Ljubljana Old Town, snap pictures at Dragon Bridge, walk around Tivoli Park, and take in the spiritual surroundings of Cathedral of St. Nicholas.
