7 days in Ljubljana Itinerary

Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.

Venture out of the city with trips to Bled (Ojstrica, Bled Island, &more), Predjama Castle (in Postojna) and Vintgar Gorge (in Zgornje Gorje). Dedicate the 5th (Tue) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area. There's much more to do: take a stroll through Ljubljana Old Town, contemplate the waterfront views at Ljubljanica River, walk around Tivoli Park, and make a trip to Congress Square (Kongresni trg).
