7 days in Ljubljana Itinerary

Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.

Get out of town with these interesting Ljubljana side-trips: Vintgar Gorge (in Zgornje Gorje), Intersport Bernik (in Kranjska Gora) and Bled (Bled Castle, Bled Island, &more). Spend the 7th (Sun) wandering through the wild on a nature and wildlife tour. Dedicate the 6th (Sat) to wine at some of the top wineries in the area.
