A resort town on the country's scenic Adriatic coastline, Portoroz offers many spas with all kinds of therapeutic treatments, many based on the brine and mud from the area's salt pans.
Start off your visit on the 4th (Tue): discover the deep blue sea with a scuba or snorkeling tour, take in the exciting artwork at Duka Gallery, then enjoy the sand and surf at Svetilnik Beach, then stroll around Strunjan Nature Reserve, and finally kick back and relax at Portorož Beach.

Andorra la Vella, Andorra to Portorož is an approximately 13.5-hour car ride. Expect a daytime high around 35°C in July, and nighttime lows around 20°C. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 4th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Ljubljana.
