The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
Kick off your visit on the 30th (Sun): stroll through Straža Bled, then get great views at Mala Osojnica, and then contemplate the long history of Church of St. Kancijan. Ajdovščina

Ajdovščina is a small town with a population of about 6,700, located in the Vipava Valley, during Italian rule (1918–1943, nominally lasted to 1947), the style of the town does not resemble that of a typical Italian town. On the 4th (Fri), contemplate the long history of Anthony's Shaft Mining Museum and then kick back and relax at Natural Bathing Place Lajšt.
