The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
You'll find plenty of places to visit near Bled: Kranjska Gora (Ajdovska Deklica, Vršič Pass, &more) and Bohinjsko Jezero (Vogel, Savica Waterfall, &more). Spend the 26th (Mon) exploring nature at Triglav National Park. In the north-west part of Slovenia, Bovec sits in an area known for its rich and colorful culture and history.
Step out of Bovec to go to Tolmin and see Tolmin Gorge, which is approximately 48 minutes away. There's much more to do: paddle through the water with a kayaking and canoeing tour, admire the sheer force of Kozjak Waterfall, examine the collection at Cheese Museum of Kobarid, and kick your exploration up a notch at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks.
