The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.

Kids will appreciate attractions like Triglav National Park and Bled Island. Get out of town with these interesting Bled side-trips: Bohinjsko Jezero (Vogel, Savica Waterfall, &more), Bovec (Fort Hermann, Zipline, &more) and Soča (Great Soča Gorge & Church of St. Joseph). There's still lots to do: scramble along the landscape with a canyoning and rapelling tour, trek along Vintgar Gorge, see the interesting displays at Kobarid Museum, and look for all kinds of wild species at Vršič Pass.
