The most popular resort in Slovenia, Bled is marked by its iconic church steeple and medieval castle on glacial Lake Bled.
On the 25th (Tue), hike along Mala Osojnica, then head off the coast to Bled Island, then browse for gifts or souvenirs at Galerija Mikame, and finally step into the grandiose world of Bled Castle. Keep things going the next day: trek along Vintgar Gorge, then stroll through Smučarska Šola ASK Kranjska Gora, and then take in the dramatic scenery at Peričnik Falls.
