Valletta, Malta to Ljubljana is an approximately 6.5-hour combination of flight and shuttle. You can also fly; or do a combination of bus and train. When traveling from Valletta in October, plan for a bit cooler days and cooler nights in Ljubljana: temperatures range from 18°C by day to 6°C at night. Finish your sightseeing early on the 15th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Koper.
