Kick off your visit on the 29th (Sat): whizz through the canopy at some of the top local zipline courses and adventure parks. Keep things going the next day: add some adventure to your tour with a kayaking and canoeing tour, don't miss a visit to Fort Hermann, and then hike along Krampež Waterfall.

Krakow, Poland to Bovec is an approximately 8-hour combination of flight, train, and car. You can also drive; or do a combination of flight and bus. April in Bovec sees daily highs of 16°C and lows of 4°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 30th (Sun) early enough to drive to Koper.

Start off your visit on the 1st (Mon): Head underground at Škocjan Caves, step into the grandiose world of Predjama Castle, and then explore the activities along Vipava River Spring.
