Sitting astride the Ljubljanica River, Ljubljana is marked with picturesque bridges and a marketplace, designed by the famous architect Jože Plečnik.
Venture out of the city with trips to Vintgar Gorge (in Zgornje Gorje), Bled (Wine Tasting Bled, Straža Bled, &more) and Postojna (Predjama Castle, Postojna Cave, &more). Bovec — 2 nights

In the north-west part of Slovenia, Bovec sits in an area known for its rich and colorful culture and history.
On the 7th (Sun), admire the verdant scenery at Soča Valley, make a trip to Three Country Border, and then identify plant and animal life at Vršič Pass. On your second day here, get outside with Outdoor Activities, then add some adventure to your tour with a kayaking and canoeing tour, and then see the interesting displays at Kobarid Museum.
